• Have been assessed and rigorously inspected in order to become a member

• Are subject to regular re-assessment on actual work carried out

• Hold up to date and valid qualifications including IET 18th Edition Regulations

• Are Qualified under Part P and authorised to self-certify notifiable work to local Building Control and issue customers with certificates.

• Are safe and compliant with regulations

• Carry Product and Public Liability Insurance to £2m
